ZDENA KEILLER

Qualifications: MCSP HPC Chartered Physiotherapist and member of the Health Professions Council

Qualified at St Thomas' Hospital in London and in her early career was a head Physio in the NHS in intensive care, medical and orthopaedic wards and Paediatric out-patients. She also worked in a school for children with disabilities managing the gym, the hydrotherapy pool and riding sessions. She moved to this area 25 years ago and was Physiotherapy manager at the Princess Christian Hospital.

She has a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitationand musculoskeletal conditions in adults and children and she prides herself on delivering excellent care in all pre and post operative conditions. Established in 2003 she, Julie Sturrock and Sally Vincent started this private practice. She aims to diagnose and treat for a quick recovery enabling her patients to achieve their maximum goals.

JULIE STURROCK

Qualifications: Bsc MCSP HPC Chartered Physiotherapist and member of the Health Professions Council

Qualified at Queen Margaret College in Edinburgh in 1993 and has worked in the NHS in a variety of specialist fields including: Hand clinic - complex tendon and nerve repairs at the Hillingdon Hospital, back pain clinic as as an extended scope practioner working closely with the orthopaedic team and pain clinic. She has specialised in the field of orthopaedics and musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries for over 20 years.

She has worked closely with a team of orthopaedic surgeons rehabilitating patients following complex ligamentre constructions, meniscal repair and implants, chondral repair procedures such as ACI and microfracture; auditing the surgical outcomes for these. She set up in private practice with Zdena Keiller and Sally Vincent in 2003. She has specialised in paediatric and adolescent conditions and sports injuries and has provided the physiotherapy service for Eton College from 2002 – 2021. Julie is also trained in sports massage and one-to-one pilates.

SHARON HELSBY

Qualifications: BSc Physiotherapy

Sharon graduated from Hertfordshire University in 2000 with a degree in physiotherapy (BSc Hons). In 2000 she accepted a position at Wexham Park and Heatherwood NHS trust as a physiotherapist and completed 24 months of rotations through various specialities before specialising in musculoskeletal outpatients in 2002.

In 2005 Sharon made the move from NHS to private healthcare assuming a position as a senior 1 musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapist. It was during her time in private practice that she developed a special interest in sports injuries and hip pathology. In 2008 Sharon went on to become a clinical specialist in lower limb pathology and develop a clinic with Mr Rowan Pool (Orthopaedic consultant). Sharon is currently carrying out an Msc in Neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy in order to further develop her skills and knowledge in this specialist area.

Sharon also participates in a number of sports including triathlon and running and has qualified to represent Great Britain in the ITU Triathlon World Championships, in 2008 and 2009. She uses this experience in treating and rehabilitating athletes of all levels.

DIANE WOOTTON

Qualifications: Grad Dip Phys MCSP ACPWH

Diane is a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist with over 25 years experience in treating male and female bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic pain.

Diane has specialist expertise with treating common pregnancy and menopause conditions.

She also has a particular interest in rehabilitating men after prostate surgery and treating women after childbirth to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. Her other main treatments are for chronic pelvic pain and the use of acupuncture in women's and men's health.

FIONA KEARSLEY

Qualifications: MCSP, SRMT, Chartered Physiotherapist, Certified Pilates Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist. Qualified in Acupuncture

Fiona graduated from Queen's College in 1981. She initially worked at the National Spinal Injuries Unit at Stoke Mandeville Hospital treating spinal injuries and gaining experience in all major specialities including orthopaedics, medical, surgical and musculoskeletal conditions.

Fiona moved into the private sector to become a Senior physiotherapist at Champneys Health Resort Tring. Here, Fiona developed a keen interest in sports injuries and exercise therapy.

Fiona trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) to become a certified Pilates matwork Instructor and fully trained in all Pilates large equipment including the reformer and cadillac. Fiona has wide experience in 1:1 Pilates, matwork and equipment classes.

Fiona is an APPI Lecturer and presents Pilates Training Courses to physiotherapists throughout the UK and Europe.

Fiona has also studied at the North London School of Sports Massage and has qualified, with a BTEC Level 5, in Sports Massage Therapy.

Fiona combines her experience in Physiotherapy, Pilates and Sports Massage to provide effective treatment programmes. Qualifications Grad Dip Phys MCSP ACPWH.

ANDY MORGAN - SOFT TISSUE THERAPIST

Qualifications: MISRN, LSSM (Dip)

I trained as a Sports Massage Therapist at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). The LSSM was founded in 1989 and was the first to provide specialist training in Sport & Remedial Massage. I am also a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

My competitive sporting career was ended by a badly fractured clavicle in September 2001. Throughout my playing career I have had personal experience of the pain and frustration that comes with injury and the associated rehab and time away from your chosen sport.

DR. GAIL REES-JONES - CHIROPRACTOR

Qualifications: M.Tech: Chiropractic DC

Gail Rees-Jones graduated from the Durban Institute of Technology, South Africa, with her Masters degree in Chiropractic (M. Tech:Chiro) in 2005. She graduated Magna Cum Lauda and was awarded the Dean’s merit for academic excellence. She arrived in the UK in 2006 and successfully completing the competency examinations held at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. She has worked in a private capacity in Berkshire and Middlesex since 2006.

Having exposure to a wide range of sporting injuries during her studies sparked an interest in athletes and sportsmen and their associated injuries, specifically knee pain. She completed her dissertation on knee pain in long distance runners, proving dry needling (Westernised acupuncture) to be extremely beneficial in both pain relief and correcting muscle imbalances. Since arriving in the UK, Gail has further studied the role of chiropractic care in pregnancy and paediatrics and has provided care for many irritable babies within the community.

Gail has previously lectured at the McTimoney College of Chiropractors, Oxford where she has headed both the Physiology and Imaging & Referral modules and assisted as Technique Instructor.

Gail is available to offer Chiropractic care at One Health Physiotherapy on a part-time basis, she works full-time at a multidisciplinary clinic in Middlesex, Uxbridge Chiropractic Clinic, a clinic she had the opportunity to take on in 2010.

Gail is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (No: 02585).
