Deb Archibald - www.debarchibald.co.uk
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University, a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from the Centre for Nutrition Education and a graduate of the Institute of Functional Medicine. She teaches on Middlesex University’s BSc Nutrition Science degree course.
She has a passion for helping people to restore optimal health from the inside-out so they can perform well at work or sport, in the context of our increasingly busy and stressful lives. She sees clients that are often feeling stressed, exhausted, taking a long time to recover from injury, or feeling generally under-par, but don’t seem to be able to get to the bottom of what may be causing their symptoms. Or they may be facing chronic ill-health challenges and realise they need to take action. She works with clients to restore balance in the function of their body, mind, and lifestyle, using a combination of nutrition & lifestyle programmes based on sound scientific evidence, and motivational coaching support.
Before changing careers five years ago, Deb worked as a business consultant in the City. Long hours, unpredictable commutes, and a host of unhealthy eating and lifestyle habits left her overweight, burnt out and ill, and nutrition helped turn her life around.
She is a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapists and is registered with the UK regulatory body the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
